- 1 cup gram flour(besan)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 cup ghee
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 pinch of baking soda
Procedure:
- Take a wide dish or a deep-frying pan.
- Fry the besan a little bit.
- Put all the ingredients together in the dish or the pan on a stove.
- Keep on stirring until the mixture let goes of the pan or dish.
- Add the baking soda.
- Take it of the stove.
- Pour it into a greased plate.
- Cut it into peices.
- Leave it out to dry
- Once dry... Enjoy!
